Shop — orders and payment

SFWordsmith sells physical products including books and merchandise. Some orders are fulfilled directly; others are fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand providers. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Shop — shipping

Shipping times vary depending on the product and fulfillment method. Print-on-demand items are produced after your order is placed and may take longer to arrive than items shipped directly. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout where available.

SFWordsmith is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing.

Shop — returns and refunds

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact admin@sfwordsmith.com within 14 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. A replacement or refund will be arranged.

For print-on-demand items, returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues — please review product descriptions carefully before ordering.

For items fulfilled directly, contact admin@sfwordsmith.com to discuss return eligibility.

Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed.
